“On the morning of the third day there was Thunder and lightning with a thick cloud over the mountain. A thick cloud over the mountain, And a very loud trumpet blast. Everyone in the camp trembled… the same Mount Sinai was covered with smoke because the Lord the Lord descended on it in fire the smoke. Billowed up from it like smoke from a furnace, and the whole mountain trembled violently. As the sound of a trumpet of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and the voice of God answered him.” Exodus 19:16.
It is my belief that we are in the morning of the third day—the early stages of the third millennium since Christ. It's of paramount significance for the Body of Christ to realize that, here on Earth, we serve as the instruments of God's message – we are His voice. To fulfill this role effectively, our spirits must harmonize with heaven, allowing us to discern God's messages, comprehend His intentions, and faithfully serve as His emissaries.
The servants and the Apostolic prophetic leaders, divinely appointed by God for this era, function of sounding the trumpets, offering guidance, and blazing the trail for the people of God. They take their place at the forefront, acting as vanguards and leaders, steering God's people along the righteous path and facilitating clarity on what actions to take and where to find their spiritual direction.
Leaders have to be in tune with heaven, with what heaven is saying, and what heaven is doing, to wake up and alert the people! To bring the messages with voices that people will hear. The voice of the Lord is resident within His Saints, His leaders, and His Apostolic people who are consecrated to His will. The voice of the Lord is embedded within our voice and the messages that announce the will of God on Earth.
“Shout it aloud. Shout it aloud. Do not hold back. Do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet.” Isaiah 58:1
“If the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who is going to prepare for battle?” 1 Corinthians 14:8
Who is preparing for battle right now? Those who are awake! They have heard the sound of God and understand. They are discerning the times. They are hearing from God and are therefore understanding what they ought to do and are announcing it as a trumpet sound the alarm. If we don't do that, who will prepare for battle? Leaders are called to wake up the people of God and point out the road ahead. In this hour, it is important to recognize that we have the voice of the Lord and His authority to use it as an Apostolic people.
I believe God has developed an army who follow and hear Him, who are obedient to speak and do as He says. Women today are the Esthers prepared by God for this crazy time of conflict! Esther had to open her mouth. She could not stay in fear. She wanted to until Mordecai shook her awake and said, if you don't open your mouth, God will find someone else, but you and your house are going to die like everybody else.
Esther dug down deep within her and found that place of faith—she opened her mouth and stepped out. This who we have to be today. We've got to do that! Everybody has some fear; no one is free of fear, but we rise and move out in spite of fear. We don't allow fear to hold us back. We trust God. We look to Him, we put our eyes on Him, and we obey Him. That's what Esther had to do because the lives of her people depended on her! Satan was ready to annihilate the entire nation. He's at that place now, coming after the Christians and the Jewish people; he wants to annihilate us all. God is relying on His apostolic leaders to open their mouths.
Esther counted the cost. I had a dream where I walked into a room, and I had on a long trench coat. Inside the room, there was a pastor that I knew and a very close friend who was a strong intercessor. I opened the coat and pulled out a bottle of wine. The bottle of wine was open,…some of the wine had spilled…it was costly. I then pulled out a puzzle made of glass with different pieces. I looked at the pastor and I showed him the puzzle and said to him. “God says you have everything that you need, you have all the pieces. You have everything you need to do what I've called you to do, so go and do it… you're lacking nothing.”
I then pulled out the bottle of wine; it had 414 written on it. I looked at my friend the intercessor, and she said, I want that wine! She got on the phone to try to find it to buy her own. She then came back saying that it cost too much.God said to tell her that it would cost far more not to buy the wine than to buy the wine!
As I was working on writing my book on women, on a chapter about Esther, I saw that in Esther 4:14 Mordecai is speaking to Esther because of her fear—she didn't want to count the cost.
“If you keep quiet at this time, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. And who knows that you were perhaps made queen for such a time as this. Esther 4:14
I then knew exactly what 414 on the bottle of wine meant. The name of the bottle of wine was If I Perish, I Perish. In this hour of history, the saints of God have to purchase this wine and drink it! Because, who knows, but that you have been called for such a time as this. God has invested an incredible amount of time, energy, love, patience, and long-suffering in us; teaching, mentoring, and pouring into us. It's time for us now to open our mouths. The time for everyone to step up and stand before the King. God has been working on his army for the last ten, twenty, or thirty years… for such a time as this!
This is not the time to self-sabotage with an orphaned spirit, second guessing yourself, negative thoughts, cold feet, giving into fear, and the imposter syndrome. It's time for you to step up and shine as who God created you to be. We also have to get over other people's thoughts about us and be big enough in our spirit to be who God called us to be. The things God is asking us to do are far too important to let other people rob us of our destiny. It is time to trust the voice of the Lord that is resident in us. Raise our voices with boldness like a trumpet and declare the will of Almighty God. Just do it!
The cost of rejecting our destiny because of being in fear, is to lose our power and the authority . Esther had to open her mouth; She could not afford o stay in fear! She counted the cost. She worked with Mordecai. She was willing to leave her dressing room to show her beauty as opposed to Vashti who scorned her husband. It is time to show up and allow the Bridegroom to display His Bride in majesty.
