THE APOCALYPSE OS SONS & FRACTAL GLORY
Should we step back to look over the entirety of God’s comprehensive plan that He began in Abraham, we can begin to see His ultimate goal and endgame. Abraham was the first man as the prototype for the remake of a NEW MAN in Christ—a new model that would replace Adam. According to 1 Corinthians 15, Jesus is the SECOND ADAM in whose image we are being conformed to.
"The first man Adam became a living being"; The last Adam, a life-giving spirit. The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man is of heaven. As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven. And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man, SO SHALL WE BEAR THE IMAGE OF THE HEAVENLY MAN. 1Corinthians 15:44-49 (emphasis mine)
God intended to re-create Christ in a man. Jesus was to be the first of many like Him in every respect! A new breed is growing up into Christ into the fullness of His stature. The manifestation of the sons of God is the Manifestation of Christ in a man in His fullness—an army of diverse creatures—yet identical to Him—a people representing the multifaceted dimensions of Christ as in a Fractal. God impressed me with this word and I began to study it. A Fractal is:
A type of mathematical shape that is infinitely complex. In essence, a fractal is a pattern that repeats forever, and every part of the Fractal, regardless of how zoomed in, or zoomed out you are, it looks very similar to the whole image. In geometry, a fractal is a shape made up of parts that are the same shape as itself and are of smaller and smaller sizes.
In using the analogy of the Fractal, we can understand as Scripture declares, that the revelation or Apocalypse of Christ comes with the revelation or apocalypse of the Sons of God.
ON BECOMING CHRIST!
“Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called [sons] of God. Therefore, the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved now we are [sons] of God. and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.” 1 John 3:1-2
The King James version uses the term, the Sons of God as the Greek word uihos is used to represent a grown son. Of course this includes both sons and daughters. We can therefore understand from this Scripture that the revelation of Christ brings forth the revelation of the sons. THIS SHOWS GOD’S INTENTION AND ENDGAME THAT he will reproduce Himself in man—WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM. However, this does require our cooperation!
In 1 John 3, the word revealed used in this passage, is the same word used to refer to both the sons and to Christ; it is the Greek word phaneroo and means - to render apparent, manifest forth. It is from a root word that means SHINING. We are becoming Christ as various parts in the Fractal that is Christ.
Not that we are Christ, who is the Head containing the Brain that directs the course of the Body and all history—yet we are becoming an indelible and integral part of Him. The Lord gave me the word indelible that means: impossible to remove!
The word for see, in “we shall be like Him, for we shall SEE Him as He is,” is not one of the many words in Scripture used for ‘seeing’ or ‘looking,’ It is the word optanomai: meaning to gaze, with wide-open eyes, as at something remarkable and signifies an earnest but more continued inspection! In this Scripture, John was seeing ahead into the distance and attempting to convey something that had not yet been revealed—that he had not yet fully comprehended.
I believe that one of the implications of this Scripture is that WE DON'T YET FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE SONS OF GOD.! It has not yet become apparent what we truly are, or what we are becoming, but when He is manifested, and we see the full revelation of 'the Christ, in Glory, we will be manifested in the image of the Son of God, shining in His Glory! This was God’s intention from the beginning when He first created Adam!
“AND AS WE HAVE BORNE THE IMAGE OF THE MAN OF DUST, WE SHALL ALSO BEAR THE IMAGE OF THE HEAVENLY MAN.”
Watch the full recoding of this message:
The Sons of God are the manifestations of God—the apocalypse of sons. This is God’s End-Game, a Divine idea of transcendent implications, given birth in God’s heart and mind from before time! As those belonging to Jesus’ Body, we are being authentically united to Christ in all that He is, and as He is revealed, we also are revealed!
THE REVELATION OF JESUS
I believen in 1 John 3:2, the words ‘when He is revealed’ can be taken to refer to more than one instance in time—it can refer to the overlap period of both the present and the future surrounding His return. A time when another realm or dimension of the future begins to collide and invade the present and we begin to move in the power of the ages to come. The same principle we have been speaking of can be seen also in Colossians 3:4 and again, can also refer to both the present and the future in the time of the overlap.
“If then you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. [Psa_110:1] And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth. For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God.” When Christ, Who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in [the splendor of His] glory. Colossians 3:1-4 AMPC
The word appear in this passage is the same word phanaroo used in 1 John 3:2 as revealed, meaning to become apparent, manifest, and shine. The word with is sun and denotes union. When Christ is manifested in Glory, we are manifested in Glory in UNION IN HIM. The revealing of ‘The Christ’ and the revealing of the sons of God comes with the apocalypse or revealing of God’s Glory.
With this revelation of SONS OF GLORY being revealed, we can better understand Romans 8 regarding the revealing of the sons of God and who we truly are:
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.” For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.” But we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body... but if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” Romans 8:18-25
The word revealed in “the revealing of the sons of God,” in this passage, is the Greek word apocalypse meaning to remove the cover. The adoption in Greek literally means the placing of a son in sonship. The redemption is apolutrōsis which means: Ransomed in full, Christian salvation: - deliverance
In light of these words, it is clear that as followers of Christ, we are being delivered through SALVATION into THE FULLNESS of what God intends the Glory of sonship should look like—the Glory of the Son of God revealed in the sons of God. The creation is groaning and stirred in expectation for this great marvel; the creation is in travail of soul for the manifestation of these Holy sons of Christ! I believe this was the desire of Paul’s heart the goal that he was straining toward!
“If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Phil. 3:11
This passage was written in the later years of Paul’s life. His statement that he had not already attained what he was after, shows that he was not talking about being resurrected after he died. He great desire was to seize or lay hold of the very transcendent reason Christ had laid hold of him, that is, the full unveiling of Christ in his life—the apocalypse of Christ in him—the resurrection of Christ in his body—the fullness of his salvation and ours—the endgame of God’s transcendent Plan! This is Fractal Glory! These are the sons of God—the creation of a god-man, indelibly connected to God—impossible to be removed.
Christ is the Messenger of the Covenant, we are the Messengers of the Lord (Mal. 3:1). We were intended to be the apocalypse of Christ on earth—the revelation of Christ. Paul stated that it pleased God to reveal Christ in Him. This is the word apokalupto from which we get the word apocalypse. God took the cover off to reveal Christ in Paul. This is why he could say, follow me as I follow Christ!
God's endgame, reserved for the last days, when the Earth is travailing for the sons of God to be revealed, is that when the world sees His sons and daughters, they shall see Jesus! The Son radiates God’s Glory expressing the very character of God. As the Son radiates Glory, we also will radiate in His Glory.
“Praised (honored, blessed) be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)! By His boundless mercy we have been born again to an ever-living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, [Born anew] into an inheritance which is beyond the reach of change and decay [imperishable], unsullied and unfading, reserved in heaven for you, Who are being guarded (garrisoned) by God's power through [your] faith [till you fully inherit that final] SALVATION THAT IS READY TO BE REVEALED [for you] IN THE LAST TIME.
So brace up your minds; be sober (circumspect, morally alert); set your hope wholly and unchangeably on the grace (divine favor) that is coming to you when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) IS REVEALED. 1 Peter 1:3-6, 13 AMPC ( emphasis mine)
