Welcome to The Trumpet. This is a Newsletter about becoming equipped in Christ to navigate the challenging times ahead in this decade. I plan to bring critical insight and revelation for those on the frontlines and keys to becoming positioned securely in Christ for the season ahead!

We have entered a volatile season where it has become vital to discern and be aligned with the Holy Spirit, to be prepared in body, soul, and in spirit. Did you ever believe that you would be living to see days such as these? Or that your eyes would see Bible prophecy being fulfilled at such an accelerated rate? Probably not! However, God has chosen you to be born and to live in these times! He has chosen you to not only experience the unfolding of Bible prophecy and the changing of times and seasons, but He has also chosen you to be an active contributor and partner in His plan. 

God chose you to be in the generation called to participate with Christ to shift history through intercession and spiritual warfare, and to legislate the heavens as Daniel was called to. He is also calling an army to be boots on the ground, actively gathering in the Harvest field in partnership with the angelic hosts.

Over key milestones of history, events have occurred that have worked to shape history and move us continually forward toward God’s endgame. These events were catalysts producing spiritual force and energy, creating the momentum that has shifted and is shifting history toward the fullness of time and the fulfillment of eschatological prophecy. 

God has always had saints prepared in advance for these times, such as Martin Luther, who initiated the Protestant Reformation that worked to bring the world out of the dark ages, and Rees Howells, who raised up a generation of intercessors during WWII to turn the tide of war.

This present generation is probably the most significant one in all history since the early church. We are a generation called and brought forth to serve almighty God in the war over who will have dominion over planet Earth.  Many will fight in the battles through a World-transforming move of the Holy Spirit, that drives the world through the testing and cleansing power of the Cross and into Holy Ghost resurrection power.

In our Newsletter and Podcast, we will be examining all aspects of the movements of God on earth to keep you informed, educated, and equipped for your call. The purpose of this Newsletter is to provide the saints of God with the tools, insight, and with prophetic revelation to stand, be positioned securely in Christ, and wage effective and victorious warfare in the days ahead.

I have been writing prophetic articles and teaching since 2015, at first monthly and now every second week. I'm thrilled to join the Substack community, it feels very significant to start in January of 2023. Many of you are long-time followers of my work and I am grateful! I am so thankful for you and that you’re still here, still reading. Others may be new to my work, so I would like to tell you a little more about myself.  In 1993 I had a life-transforming encounter with the Lord at my apartment in downtown Toronto.  In obedience to the Lord’s direction, I walked away from my career as a fashion designer, and the store I had recently opened in the heart of downtown Toronto.  When I asked the Lord what I would do, He said, “Write.”  Even with having no experience in writing, and no natural ability, something within me believed God and I chose to follow Him.

With my twelve-year-old son Jesse, I followed the Lord to a small village outside of Toronto.  There the Lord began my training and cleansing in His refining fire; there also He began to teach me from His Word, about the completing work on His House—the Headstone or Capstone.

Being a single Mom, losing my son in a tragic car accident in 2006, was a life-defining moment that has forever changed me.

Shortly after I married my husband Frank, the Lord led me to launch Headstone Ministries to facilitate the Ministry he had given me of writing, speaking, and producing resources. I have since written eight books and created four online courses that also come with Teachers and Student Manuals. My passion is to equip and teach believers to become aligned to the Plumb line of Christ, so that they may rise up to the fullness of their destiny in Christ, to prepare the way of the LORD.

I am the founder and president of Headstone Ministries, a prophetic teacher, an international speaker, and a contributor on prophetic platforms such as The Elijah List and Charisma Magazine. I hope you enjoy my writings and that you stick around for more.
